Solvent primer specifically designed for outdoor applications of Rain Blindo and Rain Elastic, to be used on surfaces of low consistency or where the adhesion of the overlaying coating is expected to be poor.
Blindo Primer is applied by means of brush or roll onto clean, dry and dust free surfaces.
